This 75 min webinar will provide parents and caregivers with information essential to understanding how food and lifestyle affect mood (feelings, focus, attention, retaintion), and how inflammation and immune system activation are linked to neuropsychietric symptoms and what is needed to establish sustainability. Objectives of the webinar: Provide basic information about the brain-gut axis, inflammation and immunity. Provide information about methylation, mitochondria, psychobiotics, and CBD and how they relate to mental health and overall health. Describe how stress affects the gut and self-regulation. Review routines that facilitate sustainability and stability. Target audience Parents and adult family members of children who experience anxiety, depression, OCD, selective eating and sensory processing difficulties and suffer from PANS/PANDAS/AE, Sensory Processing Disorders (SPD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, conduct disorder, and Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD), etc.
