Service Description

1. Review key concepts of crisis response, particularly Psychological First Aid (PFA) and the Do’s and Don’ts of PFA. 2. Review key concepts of the ETI trauma response timeline. 3. Introduce the concepts of sustainability in times of high-stress/post-trauma. 4. Introduce several exercises to be used in crisis-response.
